Welcome to Mr. Novero's art page. In my art class we focus on teaching the Elements of Art and Principles of Design. The links below help to explain the Elements of Art and Principles of design. Students are encouraged to be creative and create works of art using both the elements and principles they are taught in class. Use the links found in the home page for activities they can do at home and feel free to E-mail me with any creations your child makes so that I may offer feedback and continue their art education.

Elements of Art
Artists manipulate these seven elements, mix them in with principles of design, and compose a piece of art. Not every work of art contains every one of these elements, but at least two are always present.
